3. Booking and Payments

Quotes are provided upon request. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and resources committed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Kae’s Tiling LTD and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for high-quality workmanship. However, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services or website.
